As a traditional printmaker, Sheila Woollam has an illustrative, figurative style. The subject is usually in response to a myth, or a legend that she has discovered whilst traveling solo by bike. Back in the studio, Sheila uses the imagery and sketches gathered during her trip to transpose her story into individually printed, works of art.
